The heart of world gymnastics beats in Antalya for the third time under the main sponsorship of Vestel. Bringing top-level athletes together in Turkey with the FIG Artistic Gymnastics World Cup, Vestel is pioneering the development of sports through its ongoing collaboration with the Turkish Gymnastics Federation since 2021.
The world's best compete in the Vestel FIG Artistic Gymnastics World Cup organized by the International Gymnastics Federation (FIG). 170 athletes from 45 countries are participating in the organization, which will be held at the Antalya İbrahim Çolak Gymnastics Hall between March 12-15, 2026.
The tournament, which was held under the Challenge Cup status in 2024, was elevated to World Cup status in 2025. This increasingly important organization will provide quotas for the World Championships in 2026-2027 and the 2028 Los Angeles Summer Olympic Games in 2028.
Vestel continues its support for the organization, of which it has been the title sponsor since 2024, into its third year, keeping the heart of gymnastics beating in Antalya.
At the press conference held within the scope of the organization; Turkish Gymnastics Federation President Suat Çelen, Antalya Provincial Director of Youth and Sports Yavuz Gürhan, Vestel Global Marketing & Domestic Sales General Manager Duygu Badem Uylukçuoğlu, national team coaches Yılmaz Göktekin and Göksu Üçtaş Şanlı, alongside national gymnasts İbrahim Çolak and Sevgi Seda Kayışoğlu took part.
Making a statement on behalf of Vestel, the main sponsor of the organization, Vestel Global Marketing & Domestic Sales General Manager Duygu Badem Uylukçuoğlu said:
"As Vestel, we take great pride in feeling the unifying power of sports in its purest form. We define ourselves not only as a sports sponsor but as a brand that supports the development of society and lives with sports. Our motto, 'Vestel is at the heart of sports, and sports are at the heart of Vestel,' is far beyond a marketing slogan; it is a reality born from life itself. Since 2021, we have been walking shoulder to shoulder with the Turkish Gymnastics Federation not only as a financial partner but as a moral one as well. By supporting gymnastics, which is the foundation of all sports branches, we see bringing our children into sports at an early age without gender discrimination as a social responsibility; in line with this goal, we are carrying out important projects in cooperation with our federation. Today, at this prestigious World Cup organization where we host over 170 top-level athletes from 45 countries in our country, I wholeheartedly wish success to all participants, especially our national athletes carrying the star and crescent."
In his statement on the subject, Turkish Gymnastics Federation President Suat Çelen stated:
"Turkish gymnastics has now evolved from merely competing in finals into a strong structure that inspires confidence in the international arena and aims for medals in every competition. The Vestel Artistic Gymnastics World Cup, one of the most important indicators of this momentum, has gained much greater importance in the sports world as it will grant Olympic quotas next year. On this path where we have expanded our goals so much, I sincerely thank the Vestel family, who stands by us as our main sponsor and greatly contributes to building our strong vision today with their valuable support for gymnastics and Turkish sports. I hope this strong partnership we have established will continue for many years."
Working with the Turkish Gymnastics Federation since 2021, Vestel expanded the scope of its collaboration—which started as the co-sponsor of the federation and the main sponsor of the Turkish Gymnastics Federation Rhythmic Branch—in 2022. Today, Vestel supports the sport of gymnastics in seven categories as the Main Sponsor of the Turkish Gymnastics Federation for men and women.
