Born in İzmir in 1955, Ömer Yüngül graduated from Boğaziçi University’s Department of Mechanical Engineering in 1978. Starting off his career at the construction company Tekfen İnşaat, Yüngül filled various managerial posts in Metaş, Faz Elektrik, and Merloni Elettrodomestici. In 1997, he joined Zorlu Holding as the General Manager of Vestel White Goods and became the Chairman of Vestel’s Executive Committee in 2000. After serving in this role for 15 years, he was appointed as the CEO of Zorlu Holding in 2013. Following his retirement in June 2024, after 11 years in this position, he continued as a Board Member of Zorlu Holding, a role he has held since 2022. As of March 2025, he has been reappointed as the CEO of Zorlu Holding. As of April 2025, Yüngül was also appointed as the CEO of the Vestel Group of Companies.
Fluent in English and Italian, Ömer Yüngül is married and has one child.
(1956 - Gaziantep) Necmi Kavuşturan graduated from the Faculty of Political Sciences at Ankara University in 1979. Mr. Kavuşturan began his professional career as a specialist at Türkiye İş Bankası in 1979 and became Deputy General Manager at İnterbank in 1985. Necmi Kavuşturan, who led initiatives such as Management Trainee programs, open performance systems, and total quality management at İnterbank, served as the Deputy General Manager of Management Services at Denizbank from 1997 to 2003. He has managed the Advertising, Public Relations, Construction, and Procurement Departments of Denizbank during this period. Mr. Kavuşturan became the Head of Human Resources Group at Zorlu Holding in 2003. He has been serving as the Executive Committee Member at Vestel Group of Companies since 2005.
(1963 - Alaşehir) Alp Dayı graduated from the Department of Industrial Engineering at Dokuz Eylül University in 1985 and received a degree in Finance from the University of California, UC Berkeley in 2006. He has worked as a senior executive responsible for financial affairs at various industrial companies since 1987. Mr. Dayı joined Vestel Group in 1999 and since 2012 he has served as the General Manager of Finance (CFO) of Vestel Group of Companies, responsible for both domestic and international subsidiaries, until his recent appointment as the Financial Affairs Group President (CFO) of Zorlu Holding, effective from March 1, 2024.
(1981 – Izmir) Graduated from Koç University with a double major in Business Administration and Economics in 2003. Between 2003 and 2009, he worked as a Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group, working in both the Netherlands and Istanbul offices. From 2010 to 2011, he worked at KPMG Advisory Netherlands as Manager of Strategic & Commercial Intelligence (SCI). In 2011, Mr. Ali Yalçın joined Zorlu Holding as Director of Strategy and Business Development, a role he held until 2017. He later assumed various managerial positions at CRH Europe in the Netherlands. Mr. Ali Yalçın, has been appointed as Vestel Europe Managing Director, effective November 1, 2025.
(1975- Ankara) Burak Aydın has a Mechanical Engineering degree from Middle East Technical University followed by an MBA degree. Burak worked for Siemens Business Systems as a Strategic Planning Manager and as a consultant at Andersen Consulting/Accenture in Germany and Austria prior to his work in Intel. He joined Intel as the education and SMB Business Development Manager in Turkey in 2006 and went on Business Development Group Manager Role for Turkey since 2008. He has contributed to Intel Turkey with creating/leading innovative, transformational programs. Beside his Turkey responsibilities, he also contributed META Strategic Long Range Planning and META Business Plan Initiatives. He took Intel Turkey General Manager Position to be effective from 2011 till end of 2016. After Intel, he joined US based Smart Energy Company named Silver Spring Networks as a EMEA GM as of 2017 and led diverse team in a large geography and contributed to M&A strategy and execution. Burak Aydın joined Sabancı Group by 2018 and leading Sabancı Digital transformation efforts by establishing/leading SabancıDx up until 2021 when he joined Amazon Web Services as a General Manager. As of December 2024, Burak Aydın joined Zorlu Group as Technology, Defense and Venture President.
Hakan Timur holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Istanbul University and a Master's degree in Energy and Technology Management from Sabancı University. He further enhanced his expertise by completing the “Chief Digital Transformation Oficer” program at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. He began his career in 1997 at Marsa-Kraft Foods International, where he progressed from Human Resources Specialist to HR Manager. In 2006, he transitioned to the Sabancı Holding, taking on various roles across diferent companies and sectors, including international responsibilities. His career within the group included positions such as HR Manager at the Sabancı Food Group, HR Manager at Sabancı Holding, Global HR Director at Kordsa Global, Deputy General Manager of HR at Akçansa, and President of HR and Corporate Capabilities at Enerjisa. In 2018, Hakan Timur was appointed as Group President of Human Resources and Sustainability at Sabancı Holding. Alongside this role, he served as a Member of the Executive Committee of Sabancı Holding and as Chairman of the Board of Teknosa until April 2023. Following this period, he led his own ventures in HR and Strategy Consulting, as well as in Digital Marketing. Throughout his career, Hakan Timur has held various board-level positions, including Board Member and Vice Chairman roles in companies operating in sectors ranging from energy to technology. He has also been actively involved in several non-governmental organizations, including the Private Sector Volunteers Association (ÖSGD), the Association of Board Members (YKÜD), the Sustainable Development Association Turkey (SKDT), and the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD). Between 2022 and 2023, he also served as Chair of the TÜSİAD Employment and Social Security Working Group. As of October 2025, Mr. Timur has been appointed Human Resources Group President at Zorlu Holding.
(1979 - Balıkesir) Bülent Kiracıoğlu graduated from the Business Administration Department at Dokuz Eylül University in 2001 and worked in the Corporate Banking Departments of various local and international banks between 2003-2015. Having joined Vestel as Head of Finance in 2015, he was appointed as Deputy General Manager of Finance in 2019. Mr. Kiracıoğlu was named the General Manager of Finance (CFO) of Vestel Group of Companies as of March 1, 2024.
(1981- Mersin) Hasan Uğur graduated from the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Middle East Technical University in 2004. He began his professional career at Vestel Beyaz Eşya as Design Engineer in the R&D Department of the Dishwasher Production Plant in 2005 and later served as the Mechanical Hydraulic System Design Supervisor and Senior Design Architect, respectively. Mr. Uğur served as an R&D Manager at the Refrigerator Plants from 2013 to 2019. He was the Deputy General Manager Responsible for the Refrigerator Plants from February 2019 to September 2023. Between September 2023 and January 2025, he served as the General Manager of Vestel Beyaz Eşya Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ. Mr. Uğur has been serving as Vestel Elektronik and Beyaz Eşya R&D and Production General Manager as of January 1, 2025.
(1975 - İzmir) Ulaş Özcan holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from Boğaziçi University and has completed Stanford University’s LEAD Executive Program in 2022. Mr. Özcan began his career at Vestel in 1998 as the Taiwan Office Manager, establishing Vestel's first office in the Far East. He subsequently served as the Purchasing and Sourcing Manager in Hong Kong from 2001 to 2003, and as the Purchasing and Sourcing Director in Shanghai from 2004 to 2008. In 2008, he became the Deputy General Manager responsible for Product Procurements. As of December 2018, Mr. Özcan was appointed as General Manager of Asia Operations, overseeing sourcing, purchasing, and engineering services in Asia. As of December 1, 2023, Ulaş Özcan has also taken on responsibility for Vestel's sales in the Asia-Pacific region in addition to his current role. Mr. Özcan has been serving as Vestel Elektronik and Beyaz Eşya Suppy Chain and Procurement General Manager as of January 1, 2025.
(1976 - Izmir) Özgür Yılmaz graduated from the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Middle East Technical University in 1998. Mr. Yılmaz worked on attack helicopters in the Turkish Armed Forces between 1998 and 2001. He started working at Vestel Beyaz Eşya as Washing Machine Design Engineer in 2002 and later served as the Chief Engineer for R&D Mechanical Design, R&D Manager, Deputy General Manager of the Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer Plant and Deputy General Manager of Purchasing, respectively. Between September 2023 and January 2025, he served as the General Manager Responsible for Customer Services at Vestel. Mr. Yılmaz has been serving as Vestel Customer Services and Quality General Manager as of January 1, 2025.
(1972 - Manisa) Ender Yüksel graduated from the Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department of Middle East Technical University in 1995. Mr. Ender Yüksel started his career at Vestel Group of Companies in 1995 and served as Purchasing Specialist between 1995 and 1997, Project Manager at R&D Department between 1997 and 2000 and Purchasing Manager between 2000 and 2005 at Vestel Elektronik, respectively. Mr. Yüksel was appointed as Deputy General Manager responsible for Purchasing at Vestel Elektronik in 2005. In 2014, he changed his position as Deputy General Manager responsible for Planning and Logistics at Vestel Elektronik. Between September 2023 and January 2025, he served as the General Manager of Vestel Elektronik Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ. Mr. Yüksel has been serving as Vestel Mobilite Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ General Manager as of January 1, 2025.
(1969 - Karşıyaka) Seçkin Gençoğlu obtained his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Boğaziçi University in 1992 and his master's degree in Business Administration from Koç University in 2000. He joined Vestel Group in 2000 in the Foreign Trade Product Management Department and has served as the Deputy General Manager of White Goods Products since 2017. As of December 1, 2023, he was named the Chief Commercial Officer for Europe, Middle East, Africa and Americas regions.
(1984 – İzmit) Duygu Badem Uylukçuoğlu holds undergraduate and master’s degrees (MBA) from Boğaziçi University. She began her professional journey at Vestel in 2010 as a part of the first Management Trainee program, completing it with top honors. Subsequently she took on the role of Marketing Specialist. She became Marketing Manager in 2012 and served as Marketing Group Manager from 2016 to 2019. Later in November 2019, she was appointed as Deputy General Manager of Marketing at Vestel. As of December 1, 2023, she was named the Chief Marketing Officer, taking on expanded responsibilities encompassing product management and industrial design.
(1982 - Sivas) Zeynep Tarhan graduated from Uludağ University’s Department of Labor Economics and Industrial Relations in 2004 and completed her master’s degree in Human Resources at Istanbul University in 2006. She began her professional career in 2006 in the Human Resources department of Zorlu Holding. Over the years, she has held various positions in the Human Resources divisions of Vestel and its group companies. In 2019, Ms. Tarhan was appointed as Human Resources Director at Vestel. She has been serving as the Human Resources General Manager of Vestel Group of Companies as of September 1, 2024.
