Vestel’s top management gathered in Manisa to share the company’s "Vestel 4.0" globalization vision with executives. Vestel CEO Ergün Güler stated that under the Vestel 4.0 organizational structure, which took effect on January 1, 2025, the company will not only expand in existing and new business areas over the next three years but also reach new heights. Güler emphasized, “In the next three years, we will transform Vestel into a globally recognized force and brand, not just in Turkey but worldwide.”
Güler highlighted that Vestel has gone through key transformation phases since its founding in 1984—entering the Vestel 2.0 era when it became part of Zorlu Holding in 1994, and moving into Vestel 3.0 with the opening of the Vestel City facility in Manisa in 2003. He stated, “Until now, Vestel has operated with a role-based organizational model. However, with Vestel 4.0, we are transitioning to a process-based structure. This shift will make Vestel more agile, lean, and efficient, enabling the company to be better prepared for the future, enhance its global competitiveness, and unlock stronger, more profitable growth potential.
