Gökhan Sığın has been appointed to the position of Vestel CEO, effective January 19, 2026. In his new role, Sığın will be responsible for further strengthening Vestel's identity as a technology company and enhancing its business performance, while increasing innovation capacity and advancing the organizational structure and management competencies.
With nearly 30 years of career experience undertaking various responsibilities in technology, innovation, and international management—and possessing extensive expertise in organizational transformation, the development of innovative business models, sustainable growth, and social development—Sığın is expected to make significant contributions to transforming Vestel’s potential into strong, sustainable results amidst today’s accelerating global competition.
Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Boğaziçi University and a Master’s degree (MBA) from the University of Bristol in the UK, Sığın joins Vestel following leadership roles in the consumer electronics and white goods sectors in both Turkish and international markets. With this appointment, Sığın will assume the responsibility of reinforcing Vestel’s technology company identity and further strengthening its innovation capacity, organizational structure, and management competence.
Sığın also served as the Chairman of the Board of the White Goods Manufacturers’ Association of Turkey (TÜRKBESD) between 2023 and 2025.
