Vestel Elektronik bought Vestel Beyaz Eşya shares from the market with a nominal value of TL 70,451 in the price range of TL9.61 to TL9.76 per share on November 20, 2014. Following the transaction, the Company's share in Vestel Beyaz Eşya reached 94.34%.

Vestel White Goods announced total revenues of US$ 802mn (Euro 591.5mn) and net profit of US$ 48.2mn (Euro 35.5mn) in 9mth-14.

Vestel Beyaz Eşya’s BoD took the following decisions at its meeting yesterday.

• The address of the Company headquarters will be changed from Zorlu Plaza 34310 Avcılar/ISTANBUL to Levent 199 Büyükdere Cad. No:199 34394 Şişli/ISTANBUL,
• The address change will be registered and published and notified to all the other related authorities.

Vestel White Goods announced total revenues of US$ 517.2mn (Euro 377.3mn) and net profit of US$ 38.1mn (Euro 28.7mn) in 1H14.
