Vestel Beyaz Eşya has signed a contract with Manisa Organized Industrial Zone (“MOSB”) today to acquire an 81,191.43 sqm land in MOSB at a price of TL 400/sqm. The Company plans to build a washing machine and a dryer plant on the acquired land.

At its meeting on 27.04.2015, Our Company’s Board of Diretors resolved to
