The Board of Directors of Vestel White Goods will propose to the General Assembly the distribution of TL102,403,737mn, 91.7% of its 2009 distributable profit (after statutory reserves are being set), as cash dividend to the Company's shareholders. Accordingly, this amount corresponds to TL0.5390 gross dividend per share with a nominal value of 1TL (TL0.4582 net dividend per share) and a dividend yield of 11.4% at current market value.
Dividend distribution date will be set by the General Assembly.

2008 Net Income: TL 30,816,495
Statutory Reserves (5%): TL 1,838,180
Distributable net income: TL 30,816,495
Distribution of TL 5,798,470 of the distributable net income will be proposed to the General Assembly.
Although our Company's dividend distribution policy indicates dividend distribution of 25% of its distributable net income, due to the ongoing global crisis, we will propose the minimum distribution amount (20% of distributable net income of 2008) which was set by Capital Markets Board.
Dividend distribution date will be set by the General Assembly.
